Germ Eliminating
Dec/100
cooking temperature eliminate germs / bacteria or viruses because of the cold?
I have a slight cold (sore throat and cough) and I cooked for my cousin who has been a recent surgery. I was very careful in terms of do not cough near food and so on, but I'm still not sure weather I should give it food or not. The food was constantly on the stove for 2-3 hours, then was in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours (since last night).
However carefully you prepared food, as soon as you touch it with your hands or dishes in which it occurs, you will contaminate the same. Wash thoroughly hands before touching them, then do not touch your face with your hands until you deliver the food to your cousin. Make sure you bring food in a covered container and let your cousin remove the lid and then wash their hands before going any further. Cover your mouth and nose in his presence if you feel need to cough or sneeze with a tissue of news, and then go wash your hands again. The food should be acceptable until it has not sit, uncovered, while you puttered around the kitchen before transferring to the fridge, and as long as what you put in was meticulously clean. I hope your cousin appreciates the effort you have taken. This is commendable and admirable. Your cousin is lucky to have such a caring family!
