I am looking for a kitchen gadget that will press bread to make a sandwich?

My son adores those frozen Smuckers Uncrustables, but for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, I have a hard time justifying the 3 bucks for a box of them. Is there a kitchen gadget that can press the edges of two pieces of bread together to form a similar sandwich? If so, where can I buy one? Thanks in advance!
I have one of the toasting sandwich presses, what I need is something to simply seal the edges of two pieces of bread, without toasting or grilling it. The Uncrustables look like they are just two pieces of wonder bread squished together, then frozen

I agree $3 for a box is ridiculous, I make them for much cheaper at home. I simply use one of those pastry makers used to make a turn-over, ravioli, calzones, pierogis and much more. I use the largest one, otherwise the stuff inside tends to squish out and makes a mess.

They're handy because they make the simple crust-less sandwiches kids love, and I get a chance to play around with different recipes and make some really tasty hand-made pastas and pastries.

Might I also suggest trying them with cheese and grilling it in a non stick frying pan...makes a yummy crust-free grilled cheese!
