Strips of Chives?
Hello all.
I am wanting to add chives to a dish I have created but instead of chopped I want to perfect the very thin strips you can make of them that you often see. I was wondering if anyone out there could help me cutting these long strips with perfection to add to decoration. Thank you.
Chives already come in long strips. Are you thinking of scallions? They are also long but much bigger around. Just slice lengthwise with a very sharp knife.
