What is the difference in quality between Zwilling JA Henckels and JA Henkel International Knives. Is it worth?

One is a cold forged brand from Germany, the other is a stamped one made either in Brazil, Spain or China, I have a number of both in my chef's knife kit, I was a chef for many years, both are good knives, the price difference and durability is the main issue with either one.
