i have a really bad problem with my penis , please help.?

i'm 15 i cannot pull my foreskin back..when my penis is floppy it comes back over the glands fine but when my penis is erect i can't even pull it half way over my glands..i have been doing some research and have came across a thing called phimosis..i think i might have it..also when trying to pull my foreskin back when erect my frenelum(banjo) is very tight..how do i "stretch" it..also whilst doing some research i heard some body who was saying that if your "jap eye" opening at the end nof the penis is a little red around the edges then you masturbate too much and because of this your foresking tightens up to protect the glands..is this tru...what can i do to loosen my foreskin?

If you really had done some Research instead of listening to "old wives tales" you wud have discovered that this is quite common at 15.

The foreskin stretches during puberty. Unfortunately your penis grows.
So the frenulum gets tight. By the time you are 16/17 the foreskin will stretch and catch up with penis growth ALL BY ITSELF and will retract.

Jap eye rubbish. Some yougsters tear their glans trying to force-ably retract their foreskin. But you say you can retract when flaccid, so not you. You just impatient. No problem.
