Can you give me information on how to use it?

The link shows you the kind of sharpener I. Mine has not the beautiful cover, but it probably works the same way. The problem is that I'm not sure how to use scissors. Can anyone give me instructions?

I do not think it will work on scissors.scissors have a different side of a knife and It is best to have them sharpened professional. cut sandpaper will slightly improve the edge. to use this gadget, put the knife between the two sets of rollers and take over, pulling it down (the gadget must be fixed to the wall). This means you have the knife down with the handle, just behind the rollers, and pull. to a few times and the knife is sharp. but I would not spend more than five dollars on it, and shipping in a padded envelope should not be more than 3.00. this unit is old and not in great shape.
